Trees in Forest
Welcome to Trees in Forest (TiF) — a private practice offering integrated counselling and social work services grounded in compassion, cultural sensitivity, and social justice. Founded by an Accredited Social Worker trained in applied sociology and social work, TiF combines evidence-based counselling approaches—such as narrative therapy and emotion-focused cognitive behavioural therapy—with an ecological and systemic lens.

TiF is committed to making quality mental health support accessible, offering services at lower-than-average fees through in-person, Telehealth, and online formats. We specialise in culturally attuned support, including counselling in Cantonese, to ensure you feel truly heard and understood.

At TiF, we see both the tree and the forest—valuing your unique story while considering the broader social and structural contexts that shape your life. We create a safe, non-judgmental space to reflect, heal, and re-author your journey.

Acknowledgement
